RC HOBBY PROS — TERMS OF SERVICE

By using rchobbypros.com or shopping at 555 S Mason Rd, Katy, TX 77450, you agree to these terms.
RC Hobby Pros is the DBA of RCHT Inc., a Texas corporation.

Orders: Subject to acceptance and availability. If we cancel after charging you, we refund in full.

Pricing: USD. We honor MAP agreements. Pricing errors corrected promptly.

Special Orders: Non-refundable deposit (typically 25% over $200) forfeited only if you cancel after we've ordered.

Hazardous Items: Liquid fuels sold for in-store pickup ONLY. US DOT/HAZMAT compliant.

Repairs: Quoted before work begins. Items unclaimed 60+ days may incur storage fees; 90+ days, abandoned items may be sold (Texas Property Code §70.001).

Used/Trade-in: Sold AS-IS, 14-day store-credit return if defective.

Liability: Maximum aggregate liability = amount you paid for the item in question.

Disputes: Governed by Texas law. Courts in Harris or Fort Bend County, TX.
