Orders ship from 555 S Mason Rd, Katy, TX 77450 via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Processing Time
In-stock orders ship within 1 business day. Special orders ship 5-7 business days after receipt from manufacturer.

Delivery (after carrier pickup)
• Houston metro / Katy: 1-3 business days
• Texas + adjacent states: 2-4 business days
• Continental US: 3-7 business days
• AK, HI, US territories: 5-10 business days

Calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on US orders over $99.

HAZMAT / Pickup-Only Items
⚠ Liquid fuel, glow fuel, and other hazardous materials are NOT available for shipping.
These items are sold for in-store pickup ONLY at our Katy, TX store.
They do not appear in Google Shopping or online checkout. Call (346) 365-2987 to purchase.
We comply with all US DOT HAZMAT shipping regulations.

Local Pickup (FREE)
Choose "In-Store Pickup" at checkout. Ready same day if ordered before 4 PM.

Damaged Packages
