RC HOBBY PROS — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We stand behind everything we sell. This policy applies to purchases from rchobbypros.com and our retail store at 555 S Mason Rd, Katy, TX 77450.

When You Can Return
• New, unopened items: 30 days from purchase for a full refund (receipt required).
• New items, opened but unused: 14 days for store credit at full value.
• Defective items: covered by manufacturer's warranty. We'll help process the claim.

What Can't Be Returned
• LiPo batteries that have been charged or cycled.
• Liquid fuel and hazardous materials (in-store pickup only — not shippable).
• Consumables: tires, foam, paint, glue, lubricants once opened.
• Final-sale items (clearance, used, special-order deposits).
• Custom-painted bodies or custom builds.

How To Return
• In person: bring item + receipt to the shop. Refunds issued to original payment.
• By mail: email matt@rchobbypros.com first for a return authorization number.

Refund Timeline
Credit card refunds appear in 3-7 business days after we receive the return.
